Service Agreements & Terms

These Service Terms govern the provision of medical waste disposal services by Onyx Medical Waste. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with the obligations and standards set forth in this document to ensure public safety and regulatory compliance.

1. User Obligations & Waste Segregation

Users are strictly responsible for the proper segregation of medical waste at the source. All sharps must be placed in secondary, puncture-resistant containers as per OSHA standards. Non-conforming waste will not be collected and may result in additional handling fees.

2. Service Limitations & Access

Onyx Medical Waste provides collection services during standard business hours. The customer must provide clear, unobstructed access to waste storage areas. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling and associated trip charges.

3. Compliance & Documentation

We maintain full electronic records of all waste manifests and destruction certificates. It is the user's responsibility to retain these records for local health department audits as required by state law.

4. Legal Liability & Indemnification

Onyx Medical Waste's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onyx Medical Waste from any claims arising from improper waste storage or mislabeling at the customer's facility.

5. Billing & Payment Terms

Invoices are issued monthly and are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in service suspension. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice, though we strive to maintain our upfront rates for all active enrollments.

6. SMS Terms & Privacy

Terms of Service

By opting in to SMS messages from Wolf Biohazard LLC, you agree to receive text messages for customer support, service updates, and other communications related to your account.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at onyxmedwaste@outlook.com or +16025847350.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
     

  • Privacy Policy

  • Wolf Biohazard LLC does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
